Overflowing Bins!Has anyone got any idea when the bins I’ll be interested to know if they’ll take any additional bin bags too. I know its extreme weather but a little bit of communication can go a long way! 1 comment to Overflowing Bins! |

The Fife Council website says that due to the cold weather it is not a problem to leave bags out beside the bins as there is no threat from vermin scavenging!
Surely in such extreme cold, any bags that may contain food would attract wild animals desperate for a feed????
