Defibrillator Appeal Update

wediditThe Defibrillator Appeal has smashed its target and has ensured that energy, insurance and maintenance costs are covered for many years to come. The fund has just passed the £3000 mark, helped massively by a £600 donation from the Mary Leishman fund.

Work will shortly begin on the coversion and renovation of the phone box that will house the cabinet. We are also going to arrange CPR and lifesaving classes that use the defibrillator. If you can spare a couple of hours one night to learn these literally life savings skills, please come along. Why not register your interest  by  Contacting us and clicking here

The Great Letham (Childrens) Bake Off

Well done to all involved in the Great Letham Childrens Bake Off.

Visitors were treated to an afternoon tea and home baking with Tombola and Raffle etc.

The highlights of course we’re the kids who had baked for the event in hope of winning a “coveted” certificate and playground bragging rights.
All the cakes were themed around hearts and the new defibrillator that is being installed in the old phonebox.

Congratulations to our winners;

Rory Hamilton (under 5s)

Caitlin Kirk (6-8s)

Megan Barron (9-12s)

All proceeds raised go to the Defibrillator appeal.
