“From Scotland With Love”

Saturday 28th January 2.30 (doors open 2pm) We are very excited about the next event for our community cinema in the village. If you haven’t been able to come along before this is a great chance to come and be part of the best wee neighbourhood cinema in Fife!

We are very proud to be showing the wonderful, heartfelt and innovative film “From Scotland With Love” which is one of the best Scottish films to be made in the last few years. It is equally appealing to all ages from the youngest to the eldest in the village! So give your neighbour a call and bring them along. We will also be having Kenny Anderson (King Creosote) the critically acclaimed musician who composed the soundtrack, along for a Q&A afterwards.

As if all that wasn’t amazing enough, some people will be there filming a short piece about our community cinema which is a great chance for us all to show the world the special kind of place that Letham is!

A community based cinema that will bring the community together to watch films in a fun and different way.

The Letham Lights team have their own website and facebook pages at

www.lethamlights.org and https://www.facebook.com/lethamlights.org

The first screening is on Sunday 21st August 2016 at 3pm in the Village Hall.

“We believe that there is more to watching a film than sitting in front of the TV. We would like to bring back the idea of the local cinema being somewhere to meet and share a film with others and to have a bit of fun.”

The film is the award winning . Here’s the trailer…

See the lethamlights website for ticketing details.

Please come along and support this new project.
